About System Administration User Options
While most user options are determined on a project-by-project basis, some options are configured on a System-wide basis.
The system options include:
- User Management—Change users’ passwords, add or delete user(s) to/from all Projects, or import large number of users from a file.
- Auto Add Customers—Allow customers to be added to the system automatically, and assign these users to particular Projects.
- Configure Authentication—Select password authentication type, including FootPrints authentication, Windows NT/2000, UNIX, or LDAP.
- Customer Forgot Password—Allow customers to request a password reminder email.
- User Roles—Create and manage system default roles for Agents and customers.
